The strip lights are available in rolls rated from IP20 up to and including IP67, depending on your requirements. An IP20 rating means the product is protected against solid particles sized 12.5 mm and larger. IP65 means the product is “dust tight” and is also protected from water, such as rain, fire sprinklers or an errant hosepipe. IP67 products are dust tight and protected from water, including immersion up to a depth of 1 metre. The strips are supplied in a silicone tube or full silicone extrusion, which ensures a longer life and less chance of discolouration than standard PVC tubes.
The LEDS are powered by a 24 V DC power adapter and customers can easily automate the tone and effects of their lighting by using automation controllers, such as those available from Major Tech.
Moreover, running the strip lights on DC power allows for a longer life, hence lower maintenance costs from prematurely failing LEDs. Using DC power in your strip lighting will also reduce the possibility of lumen (Lm) depreciation, and the LEDs will hold their colour for longer.
The Elite Series
The Veti Elite Series of strip lights is designed and built with the latest cutting-edge technologies for the discerning customer. The series provides for an extremely high lumen output and delivers benefits such as a high CRI (colour rendering index), high efficiency and brightness, and superior quality to ensure it can be effectively used in high-end projects.
As a top-of-the-range strip lighting product, the Elite Series promises a long lifespan for the LED strips to ensure the installation requires minimal maintenance, lowering the costs over the working life of the LEDs. This series can be used in almost any setting as it can produce between 2 400 Lm and 4 550 Lm per meter.
The Eco Series
The Veti Eco Series is an eco-friendly, but still a high quality strip lighting range. The strips are designed for low power consumption, but still deliver maximum brightness and crisp colours. This series is primarily aimed at decorative lighting, but due to the broad range of lumen output (300 Lm to 1 200 Lm per metre), it can also be installed in locations where bright lights are required.
The Power Series
The Veti Power Series fills the gap between the Elite and Eco series, producing illumination of between 1 400 Lm and 2 400 Lm. The series delivers a high CRI, stable performance and unrivalled colour matching.
